Blepharoplasty

Over the years, the quality of the skin, as well as facial fat, loses its properties. Thus, the eyelids suffer the onslaught of gravity by falling and protruding, giving that “tired” or “aged” appearance.

Blepharoplasty consists of the resection of that excess skin and those fatty pockets that sometimes even interfere with vision. It is important to emphasize that it will not improve “crow's feet” or pigmentation alterations (dark color) that sometimes accompany this very common condition. This local anesthesia surgery can be accompanied by other facial procedures, for example a facelift, and is very well tolerated and outpatient.
